To deploy your AI Assistant on Facebook Messenger (and future Meta platforms), you'll need a Facebook Page and grant Apex Web Studio access.
Follow the steps below based on what you need to do.
Follow the steps below to give Apex Web Studio admin access to your Facebook Page.
This access is required to deploy your AI Assistant on Facebook Messenger.
Open your Facebook Page and click your profile icon at the top right.
Select "Settings & privacy", then click "Settings".
From the left menu, click "Page setup", and click "Page access" to manage who can access your Page.
Under "People with task access", click "Add new".
Type Apexweb@apexwebstudiosupport.online, select the Apex Web Studio team member account that appears (this is normal).
Turn ON all permissions (Content, Messages, Community Activity, Ads, Insights).
Click "Give Access" and confirm with your Facebook password.
Our team member should now be given full permissions.
After our team member accepts the initial permissions, go back to Settings → Page setup → Page access. Under People with task access, find Samuel Efienemokwu and click the three dots (⋯) beside the name.
Click Change access level, then turn ON "Allow this person to have full control".
Enter your Facebook password and click Confirm to finish.
You remain in full control of your Facebook Page. You can remove Apex Web Studio's access at any time from Page settings.
Follow these quick steps to create a Facebook Page for your business.
You can skip optional steps if you're in a hurry.
On Facebook, click "See more" on the left menu, then click "Pages".
Click "Create Page", select "Public Page", then click "Next".
Click "Get started" to begin setting up your Page.
Enter your Page name (your business name) and choose a category that fits your business, then click "Create Page".
Facebook will guide you through setup. You can add contact details or a profile picture, or skip any step for now. Your Page is now created.
